Sixteen years ago today, my husband and I got married. To each other.
Sorry, but I felt like that tidbit wasn't necessarily implied and I wanted to set the record straight. Didn't want to start any rumors.
I don't know what adventure this year's anniversary holds, mainly 'cause the day hasn't really happened yet. We still have several hours left of today so it could be anything. My next blog to you might be from sitting on top of a camel … well, if there is internet access in the desert. Which there probably isn't. But you have to admit, blogging from atop a camel would be spectacular.
Instead, I will tell you about last year's anniversary.
Last year we celebrated our anniversary by ditching the kids and going to Hawaii.
With each other.
It was awesome.
